Getting to know BARN TEAM.
Who is BARN TEAM for?
BARN TEAM brings barn owners, trainers, instructors, staff, riders, and horse owners together. Each person’s access follows their role and membership in the barn.
Can I belong to more than one barn?
Yes. Your personal account can connect to multiple participating barns. Choose a barn from your account to open its workspace, with the access you have in that barn.
Can my barn use its own name and colors?
Yes. Barn setup includes the barn’s name, logo or initials, colors, and location. The workspace reflects the selected barn.
How do I get started?
Open BARN TEAM to sign in or create your personal account. To join an existing barn, use the invitation your barn shares with you. New barn owners continue through their shared barn-setup link.
Does it work on my phone or tablet?
Yes. BARN TEAM works in your browser on a phone, tablet, or computer. You can also add it to your Home Screen for quick access. An internet connection is required. View Home Screen instructions
Is everything shared with other barns?
Your barn workspace stays organized around its own membership and permissions. Community features have their own visibility controls; connecting with another barn does not give someone access to its private horse, staff, or billing records.
